One of the greatest joys – and challenges – of leading a business is being able to help guide a company and its employees toward success. Arizona’s commercial real estate environment never sits still, but then again neither do we. Our industrial teams are managing a full pipeline of ground-up construction projects while anticipating shifts in tenant requirements. Our TI division is hard at work applying SLC’s 40 years of niche TI experience to meet ongoing demand for modern office interiors and spec suites. To ensure we’re operating at the top of our game, we’ve just completed the launch of a CMiC platform. With this resource, SLC is providing the latest in project management, collaboration and HR technology. It all makes for an exciting road ahead for 2024 – a journey we’re proud to take as Team SLC and as your trusted general contractor.

Connecting the Dots

What a thrill to celebrate the delivery of Chandler Connection. Initiated as the first speculative industrial project in Arizona for Denver-based Comunale Properties, its scope quickly evolved into a fully leased, state-of-the-art facility spanning manufacturing, warehouse and Class A office components – all completed by SLC for the state’s newest tenant in the semiconductor market. Soaring with Legal Eagles

SLC’s latest office interiors delivery for homegrown Arizona law firm Osborn Maledon has us flying high. Soaring ceilings, comfy gathering spaces, a welcoming oversized kitchen and sophisticated workspaces are just some of the amenities supporting this tenant’s growth for years to come. NAIOP: 2024 and Beyond

NAIOP Arizona’s 2024 Board of Directors gathered in November for their first official Board retreat. We’re proud to have SLC President and CEO Jamie Godwin serving as part of this talented group. We’re also proud of our growing contingent of SLC-NAIOP members. Here’s to the year ahead and the many opportunities to support a valued organization.

Results Driven

THANK YOU SLC friends, partners and employees for your generous contributions to our annual St. Mary’s Food Drive. With your help, we were able to provide 145,590 meals this year to Arizonans in need. We couldn’t have done it without you!

Erik is a powerhouse, managing millions of square feet of state-of-the-art industrial construction while overseeing and encouraging our team of industrial construction experts. Completion is in sight at our new SLC office headquarters, which will soon provide our team with more space to grow and succeed.
