Building Futures

At the start of a new year, our team naturally looks ahead… to how we are growing as an organization… how that aligns with our goals… and why it matters. In the end, it boils down to people – whether that be our employees, our project partners or our end users – and how to successfully build our collective futures. We look forward to the projects and programs that will make this happen in 2023. We invite you to reach out any time to expand that conversation, connect about your vision for the year ahead, and discuss how SLC can best contribute to a bright future for us all.

Life as a Lobbyist

Introducing the new-and-improved 2600 N. Central lobby, SLC’s latest tenant improvement project in the heart of downtown Phoenix, completed in partnership with RSP Architects. Things to love: A subtle mid-century theme, local art and a dynamic amenity space named after the women who founded the Phoenix Public Library system. A wonderful nod to Phoenix history in a space that will serve this Central Avenue building for years to come.

Jamie Godwin Named to 2023 NAIOP Board

The NAIOP Arizona Board of Directors has kicked off 2023 with its first meeting, which included new board member and SLC President and CEO Jamie Godwin. Congratulations Jamie! Read more about the 2023 NAIOP AZ board here.

Record Breaker

Our 2022 St. Mary’s Food Drive broke SLC’s all-time record with 6,673 pounds of food and $24,590 in monetary donations collected. That equates to 177,691 meals for those facing food instability in the Valley. Thank you SLC employees, vendors, subcontractors and project partners for your tremendous generosity!

Finishing Strong

Our spec suites are complete at ViaWest’s Raintree Corporate Center, ready to support tenants requiring plug-and-play Class A office space. We love the results… especially these finishes! Thanks to Phoenix Design One for their expertise and partnership on this project.
