Industrial work is keeping SLC busy across the Valley, and that means lots of panel tilts! Panels are up at Northern Parkway Logistics in Glendale. At over 1.18 million SF it marks our largest single-building industrial project to date. Panels have also tilted at Chandler Bay, a Class A shallow-bay development in Chandler. Our tenant improvement pipeline at Stevens-Leinweber Construction is equally robust. At downtown Phoenix’s iconic CityScape, SLC recently delivered stunning conferencing and employee spaces for law firm Snell & Wilmer. A 50-foot operable glass partition, courtroom-caliber acoustics, and stand-out Class A finishes are just a few of the highlights at this impressive 27th floor TI execution. SLC’s TI expertise shines on the industrial front as well, with results ranging from heavy-duty to high design. At Merit 27 Buckeye, we turned an empty warehouse for global HVAC leader Daikin into high-performance manufacturing space, installing four KONE 20-ton bridge cranes with 40,000-pound lift capacities. At the same time, we completed an adjoining, 15,175-square-foot office suite for the client in just five months, proving that industrial can be built for power and designed for people.
