Key elements include state-of-the-art sound mitigation, premium interior finishes, and a 50-foot Modernfold glass partition that allows a large conference room to transition seamlessly from open and collaborative to private and secure. Successful execution required meticulous vertical coordination of materials, trades, and logistics to ensure efficient delivery within an occupied urban high-rise environment.
