Hot, Hot, Hot

We’re not fans of summer temps but we do love the Valley’s position as a hot spot for all types of commercial real estate. We’re seeing a clear rise in mid-size industrial projects and appreciate the balance this activity is creating between large and small industrial buildings, and the tenants they attract. The office market is also keeping us busy with tenant improvement projects that we can’t help but share. At this time of year, in particular, our Director of Safety Carl Hamilton is doubling down on his efforts to keep our teams educated on the warning signs of heat stress. We’ve shared this information with you below, with our best wishes for a safe and successful summer!

Merit 27

Merit 27 is moving toward completion, spanning two brand new, mid-size industrial buildings in the emerging 27th Avenue Corridor. Stay tuned for more as we prepare to deliver this project – and other mid-size industrial buildings like it – in the year ahead!

Office is On a Roll

Office TIs are a notable part of our project pipeline, in 2023 alone totaling 4.3 million s.f. of completed office space via 243 projects. We can’t help but share some of these beautiful final products, with thanks to our exceptional clients and project partners for your trust in SLC.
