It’s a unique time in our industry. Demand is exponential but so are the challenges – including everything from labor to supplies to the simple cost of doing business. We may not be able to overcome these challenges in the short-term but we can prepare for them with best practices involving project scheduling, advanced material purchases and value-engineering. Earning the trust and loyalty of our employees and subcontractors – the heart of any SLC project – doesn’t hurt either! So while these are unique times, they come with unique opportunities to become even better at what we do. That’s our goal at SLC. We appreciate that you are a part of it!

Industrial Delivery: PepsiCo @ Tolleson Corporate Park

SLC has just completed work on the new 753,687-square-foot PepsiCo/ Gatorade warehouse and distribution center. The building more than doubles PepsiCo’s footprint in Tolleson Corporate Park… and PepsiCo’s long-standing connection with Tolleson as an economic driver and trusted employer.
