Built for developer Merit Partners, the project features a modern 40’ clear height, 8” reinforced slab and extensive docking, to include 76 dock high doors with full dock packages and four ground-level doors.
In lieu of skylights, clerestory windows are used to let in maximum natural light while avoiding the solar heat gain that can occur with skylights.
