The fourth quarter is moving swiftly, prompting me to reflect on another productive year and to look ahead with renewed purpose. I’m grateful for the strength and resilience of our industry, our shared 2024 achievements, and the opportunities we’re poised to embrace in 2025, thanks to our amazing team, clients and partners. Empire 101 Completion

Congratulations to KBC Advisors on the delivery of Empire 101, a 153,145-square-foot, Class A industrial building located in Peoria, Arizona. Time After Time

SLC is built on enduring industry partnerships.
