GOODYEAR AIRPARK

This major industrial delivery marks the first 1.6 million square feet of the planned 7 million-square-foot Goodyear Airpark – the largest industrial park in Goodyear, Arizona history. Located directly south of Phoenix-Goodyear Airport, six Phase I buildings range from 81,000 to 775,000 square feet, with up to 40’ clear height, dock-high and drive-in doors, private truck courts and generous parking. Supported by a dark fiber line providing “enough fiber to power NASA,” Phase I was built for industries ranging from logistics and data centers to e-commerce, manufacturing, semiconductor and more.
