REINVENTION REALIZED

Merit 27 Buckeye is complete! What began with months of remediation and demolition (and briefly offered for Phoenix Fire training) has become a modern, mid-size industrial infill campus that’s already fully leased. The Merit Partners development is a welcomed addition to the emerging 27th Avenue Corridor, part of a City of Phoenix beautification zone. Read more.

BRINGING COGNITE TO THE

CONTINENT

SLC and Phoenix Design One have completed the new global headquarters for Cognite. This was a pivotal benchmark for the AI leader as it relocated its home base from Oslo, Norway to the Hayden Ferry Lakeside III building in downtown Tempe. DJ Peterson is quickly making his mark on the commercial real estate industry, bringing a fresh, energetic approach to business development that recently earned him a spot as an AZRE Magazine Trendsetter. Another company picnic for the record books – reminding us how special our extended SLC family is. Strong projects are built on strong connections. We’re grateful for a tradition that gives us time to step away from the day‑to‑day and enjoy the people who support our team both at work and at home.

STRENGTH IN NUMBERS

Our St. Mary’s Food Bank drive results are in! Thanks to the generosity of our employees, clients, vendors and industry partners, the 2025 effort brought in 8,264 pounds of food and $24,890 in donations. That translates to 131,337 meals for families across our community. We’re grateful for everyone who helped make the season a little brighter for those in need, and we’re always inspired by what we can accomplish together.
