The Quarterly – Spring 2025

Season of Possibility

I look forward to Spring for its sense of renewal, growth and opportunity. Stevens-Leinweber is meeting this season with optimism and a commitment to guide clients with the experience and foresight to build lasting, collective success. While market dynamics may shift, our commitment remains the same: to serve as a trusted advisor and proven general contractor you can rely on to deliver excellence in every project we undertake. We’re energized for what’s ahead, grateful for your partnership and, as always, just a call away.

2025 RED Winner!

Stevens-Leinweber Construction was the proud recipient of a 2025 RED Award, earning Tenant Improvement Project of the Year for the completion of an executive floor for a leading Arizona financial services provider. We were honored to be part of this amazing group of finalists and winners, and for the opportunity to recognize our TI experts for the best-in-class care and commitment they put into every SLC project.

Reviving Biltmore Fashion Park

This TI for Smead Capital was a memorable one, giving Team SLC the chance to turn an underutilized second floor storage space into a vibrant HQ as part of RED Development’s visionary revival of Biltmore Fashion Park. The office blends brand, function and ingenuity – not to mention a massive new 225’ window line. Read more about this project here.

Minding the Gap

Our delivery of Goodyear Crossing Building D marks the finale of ViaWest’s 500,000 s.f., Class A Goodyear Crossing industrial park. At 86,875 square feet, Building D adds space specifically designed to fill the gap in metro Phoenix’s mid-size industrial inventory. It’s always a pleasure to bring a client’s vision to life. Thank you ViaWest for choosing Team SLC.

Forecasting Arizona

Jamie enjoyed serving as a panelist at this month’s AZ Big Media 2025 FORUM event. Focused on the five-year outlook for Arizona’s commercial real estate market, this was a smart and compelling discussion about all that we have to look forward to, and the ongoing work required to ensure a thriving CRE sector. Sip, Swing, Support

Spring ushered in another successful Sip N Swing, our annual event celebrating SLC’s Women in Construction colleagues. Thanks to all who joined for the fun and for giving back. Your presence – and your support of Amanda Hope Rainbow Angels – means so much.

Built to BBQ

Our annual Stevens-Leinweber picnic was all about celebrating the heart of our company: our incredible team. From yummy barbecue to great laughs, it was a day to engage in one of our favorite pastimes… relaxing and enjoying the people who make what we do possible!

Constructing What’s Next

High-tech companies are planting roots in Arizona and they need next-gen spaces to match. Our team recently completed a precision-driven industrial tenant improvement for CS CLEAN SOLUTIONS. The space ensures clean, contained operations supporting the semiconductor, photovoltaic and lab sectors. If you need a GC who’s ready to construct “what’s next,” let’s talk.
