Superior location and construction quickly transitioned PLC Two from a speculative undertaking to a fully leased, Class A industrial project in Merit Partners’ Phoenix Logistics Center. SLC delivered this ground-up shell building, featuring 40’ clear heigh, 166 dock-high and grade-level doors, 70’ speed bays and 190’ truck court. It then completed a state-of-the-art tenant improvement for Georgia-Pacific, housing the world’s largest high-volume digital pre-print solution for corrugated packing. Described as “a great exercise in listening, learning, planning and executing on precise requirements,” this TI features a specialized foundation, dedicated power and heavy-duty HVAC to support cutting-edge print production, distribution, storage and office space.
