Selected as one of the “Coolest Offices of 2021” by AZRE Magazine, the Opendoor tenant improvement spans the top three floors of Watermark at Tempe Town Lake, combining a state-of-the-art technology infrastructure with comfortable and visually striking work, conference and gathering spaces. Build-out of the reception area, shared spaces and workspaces maximize the building’s sweeping lake and skyline views. Technology is also at work throughout the project, delivering premier connectivity, acoustics and direct and indirect lighting for a highly productive work environment. Completed during COVID-19, the Opendoor TI required ongoing adaptation to safety guidelines and significant re-value-engineering to overcome pandemic roadblocks, ensuring an on-time and on-budget delivery.
