Ball Manufacturing is a build-to-suit for Ball Corporation. The concrete tilt-panel building is 160,140 SF. Key features include a 40’ clear height, clerestory windows, a 200’ truck court and 80 parking stalls which are .50 per 1,000 RSF.

The building is the smallest 40’ clear height building built in Arizona. The design team, developer and contractor had to work together to incorporate the 40’ clear into the traditional designs associated with a building of this size.
