Indy by Industrious is a full floor coworking tenant improvement located in downtown Phoenix. The project transforms the building’s fifth floor into a modern, hospitality-inspired workspace featuring open collaboration areas, private offices, conference rooms, and a central café. The space incorporates expansive glass, elevated ceilings, advanced audiovisual systems, cloud-based access controls, and wireless lighting to support flexible, technology-driven work environments. Acoustical treatments and private phone booths enhance comfort and productivity within the highly social setting. Designed to serve freelancers, startups, and enterprise teams, this project delivers a high-performance workplace that supports community, collaboration, and growth in the heart of downtown Phoenix.
