Colliers was a full remodel of existing offices at Biltmore Financial Center. It included demo of the existing suite and construction of new executive offices, open office, conference rooms and amenity space.

SLC worked closely with the client and architect to stay within a tight project budget, utilizing existing ceiling systems but still achieving a completely updated, modern design.
