Cognite’s move from Oslo, Norway to Tempe, Arizona comes to life on the ninth floor of Hayden Ferry Lakeside III, where its new 23,409-square-foot headquarters serves as the cultural hub of the company’s global transition. Delivered by SLC in collaboration with Phoenix Design One, the space blends strategic reuse with targeted construction strategies to establish a more functional, experience‑driven workplace. New millwork, acoustic treatments, statement lighting and reconfigured meeting spaces create refreshing upgrades, as does a moody arrival anchored by an illuminated company logo and curved reception desk. Warm woods, concrete floors and custom detailing were deployed to complement a deep navy, olive and champagne‑bronze palette. The result gives Cognite a distinctive, design‑forward headquarters rooted in its brand evolution and new Arizona home.
