SLC delivered Liberty Mutual’s new 130,488‑square‑foot workplace across both buildings of the Mach One campus in Chandler, Arizona, completing a full‑scale tenant improvement supporting the Fortune 100 company’s major Arizona expansion. The TI spans the entirety of Building One and a second‑floor suite in Building Two, where extensive interior construction turned two Class A shells into a cohesive, high‑capacity office environment featuring open floor plans, large window lines and flexible workspace zones for up to 1,000 employees. The results align with Liberty Mutual’s operational needs and the developer’s vision for a modern employment hub. Set along the Loop 202 in the Chandler Airport Center Corridor, the completed TI establishes a bright, efficient and scalable home base for a major corporate employer.
