Cognizant Technologies is a 52,000 SF tenant improvement project which took the full third floor of a class A office building constructed of architectural cast concrete panels and high-performance dual-pane aquamarine glass. Despite an accelerated schedule, SLC delivered the space ahead of target and without compromising craftsmanship. Ensuring the highest level of detail, SLC seamlessly coordinated the integration of all trades. The team carefully selected stocked products with short lead times and modified existing standards to create a personalized appearance allowing for more time and ensuring quality.
