SLC delivered a 2,134 SF tenant improvement test kitchen for a major regional foodservice distributor. Designed to support culinary demonstrations, product testing, and collaborative sessions with clients and partners, the project features an institutional-grade commercial kitchen complemented by counter, table, and lounge areas that accommodate chef demonstrations, training, and working meetings. Built to high-performance standards, the space provides a welcoming, flexible environment that reflects the client’s ongoing investment in providing award-winning service in the food, restaurant, and hospitality industries.
