Chandler Corporate Center Phase II

Chandler Corporate Center Ph. II is a 120,000 SF Class A, two-story shell office building constructed in Chandler, Arizona. Working in conjunction with Van Trust Real Estate and Butler Design Group, SLC successfully completed this project under a Design-Build approach. The Design-Build nature of this project allowed SLC to accommodate multiple client requests to incorporate COVID-related design measures into a final product, while maintaining the client’s budget and schedule objectives.
