SLC delivered a full-floor tenant improvement at Hayden Ferry Lakeside, including selective renovations of existing office and glass-front spaces, and complete remodels of the reception area, elevator lobby, break room, and conference rooms. The project features new flooring and paint throughout and was completed within an occupied, mixed-use campus environment, requiring close coordination, detailed phasing, and proactive field management to meet client standards and schedule expectations.
