PHOENIX, June 25, 2025 – Phoenix-based Stevens-Leinweber Construction (SLC) has promoted Ryan Park to Director of Construction, responsible for the oversight of all SLC construction activity and for supervising and mentoring project management and field staff to ensure long-term project and organizational success.
This includes SLC’s full portfolio of active, award-winning tenant improvement and ground-up construction – a pipeline that in 2024 comprised almost 12 million square feet of space.
“Ryan’s well-rounded experience allows him to manage on-site construction with precision while also driving the broader market success of each SLC project,” said Stevens-Leinweber Construction, Inc. Capitalizing on his understanding of the full construction cycle, Park oversees estimating, proposals, contract negotiations, pre-construction and project execution. He is also charged with developing and maintaining effective working relationships with SLC team members, subcontractors and clients, and building new relationships based on the company’s core values and purpose of Promises Made. Promises Kept.
“Ryan is an excellent leader, able to navigate a wide range of relationships while managing complex, high-profile construction assignments,” said Stevens-Leinweber Construction, Inc. Executive Vice President Erik Powell. “We’re fortunate to have him in this role and are confident in his ability to mentor and shape the next generation of industry projects and professionals.”
