As we enter 2025, I’m reminded of the relationships that drive our industry and the dedication of the many Stevens-Leinweber team members that make our collective success possible. This year holds great promise, with ongoing demand for office and industrial TIs, and strategic ground-up projects in various phases of fruition. We’re proud to unveil one of our newest office tenant improvements – 21,331 square feet of premier Camelback Corridor office and amenity space, designed and constructed to empower a company with a 110-year legacy of tackling the world’s critical infrastructure challenges. The Sum of All Parts

The new Glendale, Arizona facility for Parts Town is the company’s largest and most technologically advanced U.S. fulfillment center to date. It’s also a point of pride for SLC, occupying a building that we ushered from shell construction to full build-out in the Merit Partners C|303 industrial park. From robotics to employee amenities, this is a fun one! Check out our results.

The list of AZ Big Media 2025 Real Estate Development RED Awards finalists is out, and we’re in the mix. We’ll be cheering for these stand-out SLC projects at the March awards event.

Our 2025 distinctions continue to stack up with the selection of Executive Vice President Erik Powell as an annual AZRE Magazine “AZ Big 100” honoree. A well-deserved acknowledgement for an exceptionally hard-working SLC leader. Congratulations Erik!

Fostering Hope…

SLC Superintendent Logan Durfee had a notable 2024, completing his 11^th annual holiday gift drive for Garden House and launching The Durfee Fostering Transitions Fund, a collaboration with Mark Leinweber supporting Arizona youth as they age out of the foster care system. We can’t wait to see what Logan achieves in 2025.

… and Fueling a Community

The generosity of Team SLC and its network continued to shine this holiday season, with our St. Mary’s food drive resulting in 89,653 meals provided to local families and individuals in need. What a tremendous way to close out the year. We can’t thank you enough.
