Stevens-Leinweber Construction is proud to announce the completion of the PepsiCo/Gatorade warehouse and distribution building at Tolleson Corporate Park. Totaling 735,687 square feet and 49 acres at S. 75th Avenue and West Buckeye Road, the project more than doubles PepsiCo’s footprint in the Tolleson Corporate Park… and its long-standing connection with Tolleson as an economic driver and a trusted employer.

Built for developer Merit Partners, the project features a modern 40’ clear height, 8” reinforced slab and extensive docking, to include 76 dock high doors with full dock packages and four ground-level doors.

In lieu of skylights, clerestory windows are used to let in maximum natural light while avoiding the solar heat gain that can occur with skylights. The project also offers a prime corporate business park location within Merit’s Tolleson Corporate Park, which totals 125 acres offering general/light/flex industrial zoning and state-of-the-art distribution facilities, including free-standing and cross-dock configurations, construction and build-to-suit opportunities.

Tolleson Corporate Park is just over one mile from a full diamond interchange at 75th Avenue and Interstate 10. Corporate neighbors include Georgia Pacific Corrugated and MiTek.
